We currently ship across India. All orders are dispatched from our main warehouse located in Delhi, India.

You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery (if selected): 1-3 business days.

4. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹50 (Free for orders above ₹999).

Express Shipping: ₹150.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS after your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment using the courier’s website.

6. Delays and Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to high demand, weather, or logistics issues. We’ll notify you promptly in such cases.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipping (additional charges may apply).
