If the product is faulty or not working, we will provide a replacement after checking and confirming the issue.

Buyer must share a clear video proof of the unboxing and issue for verification.

Replacement will be processed once we receive the returned product and verify its condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items:

Products damaged due to mishandling, soldering issues, or physical damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return/replacement.
